Maxim provides company-paid basic coverage equal to one times your annual base salary. Employees can purchase additional coverage for themselves, their spouses, and dependent children.
This company-paid benefit protects you from loss of income if you cannot work due to short-term illness or injury, including pregnancy and childbirth. The duration and coverage amount is based on tenure.
This company-paid benefit provides long-term income protection after 90 days of disability.
Maxim provides you with the opportunity to build retirement savings. You can participate in a wide range of investment options through Traditional and Roth 401(k) plan options.
Holiday and Paid Time Off (PTO)
Maxim believes that providing employees time off from work benefits everyone. Maxim Government Services observes ten paid national holidays. PTO is accrued during each payroll. The rate of accrual is based on tenure.
