Marc Fucci
Correctional Healthcare National Accounts Executive
As the National Accounts Executive for Maxim Government Services' correctional healthcare service line, Marc Fucci provides comprehensive oversight and management of the division's correctional services and national accounts. In addition, Marc serves as a resource and mentor to Maxim's Accounts Managers, field representatives, and division leaders. Thanks to Marc's leadership, Maxim's presence within the correctional healthcare sector has resulted in a designated team of correctional healthcare service account executives serving clients nationwide. After joining Maxim in 2001 as a Recruiter, Marc was quickly promoted to the Accounts Manager of the New Orleans, Louisiana, office and subsequently opened a new office location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Marc assumed his current role as the National Account Executive for correctional healthcare services in 2007 upon being awarded a statewide contract to manage and oversee comprehensive healthcare services delivery to all of Florida's Juvenile Justice Centers. This Program served as the springboard to many more correctional healthcare workforce management contracts that Maxim manages today. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from Clemson University with a concentration in Sports Marketing and Management.

Joseph "Joe" Gering
Correctional Healthcare Regional Accounts Executive – Northwest Territory
Correctional Healthcare Regional Accounts Executive Joe Gering is responsible for further developing client relationships, educating clients on the correctional healthcare services MGS provides to public and private clients nationwide, and managing current contracts in the Northwest territory including Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Joe began his career with Maxim in 2004 as a Recruiter. He was promoted to Accounts Manager of the Spokane, Washington, office in 2006 and in 2009 Joe was presented with Maxim's West Regional Leadership award. He was promoted to his current position as the Regional Accounts Executive for the Northwest territory in 2011. He graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2002.
Max DeLuca
Correctional Healthcare Regional Accounts Executive – Central Territory
As a Regional Accounts Executive with Maxim Government Services, Max DeLuca is responsible for educating clients on the correctional healthcare services MGS provides to public and private clients nationwide, further developing client relationships, and managing current contracts in the Midwest territory including Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Max joined Maxim in 2006 as a Recruiter and was promoted to the Colorado Springs, Colorado, office's Accounts Manager in 2007. He was promoted to his current role in 2011. Max graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts in Education in 2002.
Jadd Martinez
Correctional Healthcare Regional Accounts Executive – Southwest Territory
Jadd Martinez's main focus as a Regional Accounts Executive with Maxim Government Services is partnering with public and private-sector correctional facilities to provide correctional healthcare staffing solutions. Acting as a liaison between correctional clients and local Maxim offices, Jadd is the main point of contact for correctional institutions in the Southwest region including Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Utah. Jadd joined Maxim as a Recruiter in 2003. He was promoted to Accounts Manager of Maxim's Santa Maria, California, office in 2005 and led his team to two Office of Year awards during his tenure. He has held his current position as the Southwest territory's Correctional Healthcare Regional Accounts Executive since 2009. Jadd graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Management in 2003.
Ryan Burd
Correctional Healthcare Regional Accounts Executive – Southeast Territory
Ryan Burd joined Maxim Government Service's correctional healthcare services team in December, 2011. As a Regional Accounts Executive, Ryan's main focus is partnering with public and private-sector correctional facilities to provide correctional healthcare staffing solutions. Acting as a liaison between correctional clients and local Maxim offices, Ryan serves as the main point of contact for correctional institutions in the Southeast region including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Ryan joined Maxim as a Recruiter in 2006. He was promoted to Accounts Manager of Maxim's Tampa, Florida, office in 2008. While in this position, Ryan received the Maxim Award for Leadership in the East Region. Ryan received his Masters degree in Sports Management Studies and Leadership from California University of PA in 2006 and completed his undergraduate degree in Physical Education in 2004.

Tom Lingle
Vice President, Maxim Staffing Solutions
Maxim Staffing Solutions Vice President Tom Lingle's tenure with Maxim spans more than 17 years. He started his career with Maxim as a Recruiter. From there, Tom has held a variety of leadership roles, including Accounts Manager, Regional Director of Business Development, Director of the Professional Development Center, National Accounts Manager, and Regional Accounts Manager. One of Mr. Lingle's major accomplishments with Maxim was the development of Maxim's Government Services (MGS) division in 2004. In his current role, Tom is responsible for project leadership and oversight within MGS and Maxim's correctional healthcare services team. He oversees MGS, National Accounts, and Correctional Healthcare operations.
Deborah "Deb" Kalinoski, RN
Vice President of Clinical Services
Deb Kalinoski, RN, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services for Maxim Staffing Solutions. In this role, she provides clinical and compliance operational oversight for the division, including Maxim Government Services, and is responsible for the development of compliance and clinical infrastructure. Deb began her career with Maxim as a field nurse in 1993 and has since held numerous leadership positions within the company. In 1996, Deb received the inaugural "Clinician of the Year" award for her commitment to providing quality patient care. Deb led the Southeast region to the company's first zero deficiency Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) survey in 2002. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing science, and minor degrees in psychology, speech communications, and gerontology from West Virginia niversity.
