Qualifications include:
• Current LVN/LPN License
• One year of case management preferred
• Full command, both verbal and written, of the the English language
• Current BLS card per contract requirements
• Current physical exam per state or contract requirements
• Current TB or chest x-ray
• Successful completion of Maxim Staffing Solutions testing process
• Successful completion of Maxim Background screening and hiring process
