Qualifications include:
•Work requires graduation from a professional nursing program and from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) preferred and/or per state requirements.
• Active State Licensure
• Prefer at least 2 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Must pass all Maxim screening tests with an 80% or greater.
• Must pass criminal background screening.
• Current BLS card.
• Current physical exam per state or contract regulations.
• Current TB test or chest x-ray.
• Current ACLS/PALS per contract requirement.
