Qualifications include:
• Years of Experience in Specialty: Minimum twelve months experience
in their respective specialty
• Minimum Education: Possess a Medical School (MD or DO); ACGME
approved Residency Program.
• State Licensure: Required
• Certification: Physician assigned will be either American Board
Certification or Board Eligible. (ECFMG) if appropriate.
