To qualify for sponsorship and employment, you must possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least one year of clinical experience
- Ability to speak, read and write
English fluently
- Excellent patient care skills
- A current NCLEX-RN license from the United
States or Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) Certificate
To begin the sponsorship and employment process, a team of consultants will
pre-qualify your skills and coordinate all aspects of the immigration process.
They will help you complete paperwork, take required tests (ICHP Visa screen/
TOEFL, TWE/TSE and NCLEX) and work with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to obtain an Immigrant Visa. The entire process usually takes
between 12 to 18 months, provided that you have obtained an ICHP Visa Screen
Certificate in time for your interview at the US Embassy.

- Foreign Regulatory Commission Certificate (Proof of Licensure)
- Registered
Nurse or Physical Therapist Photo ID Card
- College Diploma
- College Transcript
- Marriage Contract (as applicable)
- Birth Certificate(s) of Self/Spouse/Children
(as applicable)
- Four (4) Passport-sized Photos of Self
