Before we begin your job search, you’ll meet with a knowledgeable Staffing Consultant to discuss your qualifications and professional goals. This interview is part of our candidate screening process which may include skills testing, background, and reference checks. This process is important because it validates your resumé experience to our clients and makes you an invaluable candidate in the job market. Once you have completed our screening process, your Staffing Consultant will begin searching our client database for compatible positions that match your qualifications and skills.

Flexible Scheduling
Maxim offers various employment options to accommodate your lifestyle. Choose from temporary or permanent, short- or long-term, and local or travel assignments. We’ll match your qualifications with our client requirements to ensure that you have access to only the most compatible assignments.
Health & Life Insurance
Full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll for medical, dental, and vision benefit coverage. Maxim employees also have the opportunity to enroll for life insurance. Benefits will become effective the first of the month following 30 days of consecutive 30-hour weeks of employment.
401(k) Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in Maxim’s 401(k) plan after they have worked 560 hours during the first four consecutive months of employment, or after a year of employment and 1,000 hours worked. All contributions are tax deferred.
Bonuses & Incentives
Maxim rewards employees for superior service, extended tenure, and referring friends and colleagues. Rewards include monetary bonuses, prizes, and/or honorable recognition. Maxim incentive programs may vary by branch office.
Payroll Process
Maxim’s pay period is Sunday through Saturday. Paychecks are distributed on a weekly basis and employees may elect to take advantage of convenient and easy direct deposits. Maxim will deduct Social Security and all legally required Federal and State taxes. A complete W-2 is mailed to all Maxim employees at the end of the year.
