Our people drive Diversity & Inclusion
Through employee affinity groups (EAGs) we offer additional spaces for story sharing, support, and advice. Our current EAGs include: Pride, Women in Leadership, and Multicultural.
The Multicultural EAG promotes Multicultural Education and Awareness throughout all of Maxim. The Multicultural EAG strives to do this by collaborating with all cultures and providing a voice to the people. Their mission is to create an atmosphere based on diversity, inclusiveness, and self-awareness for all.
The Pride EAG is committed to creating a workplace where LGBTQIA+ employees feel welcome and included at Maxim Staffing. The Pride EAG strives to provide information, resources and support to encourage an environment where everyone can safely be themselves at work each day.
Women at Maxim
The Women in Leadership EAG creates a safe space to discuss issues that impact women and support women across the organization. The WIL EAG aims to attract, develop and help retain and elevate women from various backgrounds families while increasing gender diversity.
Future of Healthcare Scholarship
In partnership with the Maxim Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation, and our Social Justice Committee, we offer The Future of Healthcare Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school graduates, current college students, or non-traditional students pursuing an education in a clinical field or the healthcare field in general.
